Participation in the annual meeting of the EFZN Research Network Hydrogen Lower Saxony

How can the transformation to hydrogen-based production and mobility systems be made economically and ecologically efficient? Professor Thomas Spengler and Dr. Christian Thies presented the research activities and projects of the Chair of Production and Logistics related to this question at the 3rd annual meeting of the EFZN Research Network Hydrogen Lower Saxony in Goslar.

Three exciting research projects on hydrogen are currently being worked on at the AIP: The "HyWIS" project is developing decision support models for the use of hydrogen in steel production in cooperation with Salzgitter Flachstahl. The "THEWA" project is dedicated to setting up a hydrogen filling station network for road-based mobility. The recently launched "HyNEAT" project (site under construction) is researching hydrogen supply networks for future hydrogen-powered aviation.
