Salzgitter AG is facing an extensive transformation process. With the help of the SALCOS® | Salzgitter AG (Salzgitter Low CO2 Steelmaking) project, CO2 emissions are to be reduced step by step. The answer to these questions must be accompanied by business management and requires extensive quantitative analyses. To this end, Salzgitter Flachstahl's Controlling department has entered into a cooperation agreement with the Chair of Production and Logistics at the Institute of Automotive Economics and Industrial Production at the Technical University of Braunschweig (Prof. Dr. Thomas S.
