In cooperation with various institutions and faculties at TU Braunschweig, Professional and Personnel Development is currently developing a concept for the onboarding process of new employees.
Professional and Personnel Development is currently merging the concepts for the development of administrative members of staff with the concept for scientists and researchers.
The team of Professional and Personnel Development is responsible for the development and support of start-up and pilot projects. This includes activities in the following areas, among others:
•Guideline-processes, team development, conflict resolution
•Internationalisation
•Mental health
Concept development in cooperation with the University Development Unit and the Equal Opportunities Unit.
With the development of a new format on the topic of "Mobile working and teleworking", Professional and Personnel Development is entering the world of e-learning. The project is being implemented in cooperation with GITZ*, CISO**, HR, Occupational Safety and the Staff Council.
