Burn On&Brain Hacking (18.09.2026)

You read that right—this isn’t the well-known “burnout,” but rather the relatively new term “burn-on.” Chronic stress and overload have long been a reality in modern work and academic life. Burn-on describes a creeping state of exhaustion—without a visible breakdown, often going unnoticed for a long time and associated with significant health costs.

This workshop demonstrates in a practical way how to recognize warning signs early on and use scientifically grounded strategies to safeguard performance and mental health in the long term.

Host: Katharina Hiller

Date: Friday, September 18, 2026 (10:00 – 11:30 a.m.)
