SCOUT: PROGRAMME TO SUPPORT AND CONNECT INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS
We want you to feel welcome!
The SCOUT programme starts each semester at the beginning of the lecturing period (summer semester: mid of april; winter semester end of october) and is adressed to all students of the TU Braunschweig.
What is the aim of the SCOUT-programme?
With more than 2,000 students from all over the world studying at TU Braunschweig, we feel that it is our responsibility to make you feel at home. SCOUT is aiming to integrate international students into everyday life at German university, and to meet and connect with native students. Equally, native students should get the chance to make in-depth contact with foreign cultures and gain intercultural competencies.
During the SCOUT programme, international and native students will work together in dyads and groups to mutually improve intercultural competences and networks. The whole process will be advised and supported by experts to ensure success for both sides.
News and reports from previous participants can be found on our facebook page and on Instagram.
SCOUT GOT AN AWARD
