“Traveling Light” Transformation Project

The “Traveling Light” transformation project focuses on working together to streamline administrative processes at our university in line with the strategic goals of the Executive Board.

With around 50 participants from various departments, we are embarking on a six-month journey to make internal processes clearer, simpler, and more effective. In doing so, we are committed to embracing change, taking direct action with existing resources, and focusing on what matters most—driven by team spirit, openness, and a clear goal: better processes for everyone involved.
