The TU Braunschweig is intended to be a place where open communication is a given. With her regular office hours, the president offers all members of the university the opportunity to discuss topics confidentially. Feel free to book a suitable time slot and briefly state your request when registering. All information will, of course, be treated confidentially.

Where are the Office Hours?

The office hours can take place in the President's Office, Forumsgebäude, 1st floor, Universitätsplatz 2, or online via WebEx.

 

How can I participate?

Simply register for the next office hours via email to karen.lehmann(at)tu-braunschweig.de.

Please note:

  • Registration is possible for individuals or groups of up to five people, specifying the topic via email to karen.lehmann(at)tu-braunschweig.de.
  • You will have a 30-minute time slot for a personal meeting with Mrs. Ittel.
