Graduates' Day 2026

Please check your spam or junk mail folder first. We usually send invitations to the private email address stored in TU Connect; alternatively, we use your TU email address. If you cannot find an invitation there either, please send us an email as soon as possible and provide us with:

• Your full name
• Your degree programme
• Your matriculation number

Invitations will be sent out gradually by email from mid-February onwards. Please reply by 27 March at the latest with the number of people attending so that we know how many guests to expect.

If you are due to graduate on or before 31 March, please reply as soon as possible. Thank you for your support.

Yes, a 4.0 certificate is sufficient to be invited to the graduation ceremony. If you have not yet received an invitation, please contact us as soon as possible.

Please reply to the invitation email and tell us your matriculation number and your new name.

No, only decorative certificates will be issued.

Certificates can only be collected after prior request by e-mail. Experience has shown that it takes several weeks to prepare certificates. Please be patient, we will inform you as soon as possible.

Yes, if you have replied to our email by the specified deadline, you are registered for the graduation ceremony. You will not receive any additional confirmation.

Please send an e-mail as soon as possible so that we can check whether you can still be considered for the award of the jewellery certificates.

No, if you have responded to our invitation, we will consider your participation. Participation in the event is free of charge.

A photographer will be on site from 3:30 p.m. onwards and the photos will be made available to graduates free of charge. After a processing period, you will receive an email with a link to a password-protected cloud folder. By participating in the event, you consent to image and sound recordings.

No, please wear what you like. Our recommendation: Choose clothes that make you feel comfortable on stage and that you will still look good in the photos later on. If you like, take inspiration from pictures of past graduation ceremonies.

No, you don't need to prepare anything. We are happy for you to be present.

Yes, the Beyrich store will have a sales stand in the Audimax foyer. There will be a selection of T-shirts, caps, hoodies and mugs on offer - for personal use or as gifts.

Yes, upon request. Please send us an email in advance so that we can check whether it is possible to broadcast the lecture to lecture hall UP 3.007.

If you or a member of your party require wheelchair access, please speak to our staff in the entrance area of the Audimax foyer from 3 pm onwards. They will then take care of everything else.
