My interests lie in addressing environmental issues through a paleolimnological lens in the Mackenzie Delta region of the Northwest Territories, Canada. My research is focused on reconstructing local conditions during the late Holocene to present day by analyzing biogeochemical indicators in sediment cores. Utilizing a multi-proxy approach, I seek to gain insight into the interconnected consequences of hydrocarbon exploration and climate change on Arctic freshwater systems.
