The iBHolz offers great competence in current issues of timber construction and deals with a broad spectrum of timber construction. The focus is on current topics such as bonding in timber construction, building maintenance and construction in existing buildings. In addition, there is current research in the fields of timber panel construction, fatigue behaviour of timber constructions and the spatial load-bearing behaviour of buildings/components.
