Our team consists of dedicated people with expertise in field ecology, ecological modelling, experimental ecology, remote sensing and GIS, bioindication and aquatic ecology. We conduct research on the computer, in the laboratory and in the field. We co-operate with colleagues in many other research institutions, disciplines and countries. Current research projects are mainly based in Germany, but previous projects have also been based in Sweden, the Mediterranean region, southern Africa and North and South America.
