Technische Universität Braunschweig provides paid parking spaces for all university members to enable appropriate use during study, teaching, research and administrative activities. Below you will find all the information regarding registration, tickets, usage and general conditions.
To use the TU’s parking spaces, an initial registration is required in advance. Important: A user account can only be created using an @tu-braunschweig.de email address. Accounts created using a private email address or an @tu-bs.de address cannot be verified.
Registration for the car park management system and ticket sales are handled via software provided by dipano GmbH. This software is hosted externally on behalf of TU Braunschweig. As part of the software’s operation, auto-reply emails are sent via the server address parkschein(at)book-and-park.de.
You can set up your personal user account via the TU portal.
Affiliation with TU Braunschweig is verified during registration via the personal TU functional email address. Parking permits can only be purchased once verification has been successfully completed.
Parking permits can be purchased flexibly via the personal user account to suit individual needs.

An existing subscription can be cancelled at any time, taking effect from the following month.
To allow for flexible use, up to five vehicles can be registered in your personal user account. This is particularly useful if there are several vehicles available in the household or if vehicle changes are frequent.
Please note, however: Only one vehicle from a user account may park in TU car parks at any one time. The simultaneous use of multiple vehicles from a single account is automatically detected by the system.
A breach of this rule constitutes a violation of the parking regulations and will be penalised.

Please note the following rules regarding ticket purchases:
Use of the car parks is restricted to members of TU Braunschweig.
Upon leaving the university (e.g. through de-registration or termination of employment), the user account will be deleted. Further use of the car parks is then only possible as a guest.
However, user accounts can also be deleted by the user at any time. Any parking permits that may still be valid will, however, lose their validity.
A new user account can be created at any time.
The purchase of a parking permit is voluntary and should only be made if there is a genuine need. There is no obligation to purchase a ticket.
Only those who park should purchase a ticket.
