Sample Request to the Examination Committee (Prüfungsausschuss)

Requests to the examination committee can be made informally. This means that no formal rules need to be followed. However, the following information must be included in the request:

• name, signature, cover letter, and contact details of the applicant,
• matriculation nummer (if applicable, also in which examination organization (Prüfungsordnung)),
• date, and
• text explaining reason for request.
