Submission of the habilitation thesis

The following documents must be submitted in full to the Habilitation Office of the Faculty of Life Sciences:

• an informal application for admission to the habilitation process (“The application for admission to the habilitation has to be submitted in writing to the management of the faculty in whose jurisdiction the field of study for which the teaching authorization is sought falls.”) stating the desired venia legendi for the relevant subject area and the name of the supervisor for the habilitation procedure
• a signed, up-to-date curriculum vitae, including personal and professional background
• Degree certificates and diplomas from academic training and examinations, including the doctoral degree certificate
• Habilitation thesis (at least 4 bound copies, see “cover sheet for submission”), in bound form
• a list of all academic publications published and accepted for printing, with one copy each
• Overview of previous teaching experience (usually 4 semesters)
• Affidavit regarding any previous habilitation attempts
• Presentation of a valid identity card
