Internship: Primary neuronal cultures (dissociated and organotypic cultures), imaging and manipulation of the actin cytoskeleton and the structure of neurons; molecular biology methods (transfection, AVV-transduction) in primary neuronal cultures, RNAi and CRISPR/Cas-Genome Editing, Western Blot, Live cell imaging Fluorescence microscopy, FRAP and behavioral experiments.
Requirements for choosing this module: successfully finished modules ZB21 or ZB22 (obligatory)
