At the new research group novel on-board power systems of aircraft, ships, satellites, cars and other vehicles are researched and optimized with regard to various criteria such as weight, consumption and reliability. The newly developed energy systems help to reduce CO2 emissions in the transport sector.
Professor Terörde will have his own offices in our building and set up a research laboratory for on-board power networks. In his new field of research, several positions for research assistants are available and several interesting diploma theses are available.
