The FEMentoring is the follow-up programme to mentoring for female postdocs. It supports young female researchers in their scientific careers and prepare them for the academic selection process. The programme ends 02/2024. In Autumn 2022 is the deadline for the last mentoring group.
Who can apply?
Are you are female PhD Student, a female PostDoc or a female Assistant Professor (Juniorprofessorin) at TU Braunschweig wishing to further you scientific career? Apply for the FEMentoring. The core of the programme is one-to-one mentoring: Experienced professors and heads of scientific institutions accompany you in an advisory capacity as mentor for one year. Regular meetings provide you with a confidential atmosphere to discuss various topics concerning your own career path. You benefit from your mentor’s wealth of experience and you can establish career-relevant contacts. During the framework events and network meetings, you have the possibility to exchange information with other scientists and develop your own networks.
