„Vielfalt stiften“ provides impetus for diversity-oriented organizational and human resources development in the foundation sector. Participants receive a financial and non-monetary
scholarship.

The program comprises six components:
1. Work shadowing: Three months of paid immersion in the day-to-day operations of a foundation for students and bachelor’s and master’s degree graduates with a migration background.
2. Support Program: Educational seminars provide relevant knowledge and skills for working in the foundation sector.
3. Mentoring: Alumni are supported by experienced foundation representatives who share their knowledge, experience, and networks.
4. Forum: Regular exchange sessions promote diversity awareness and facilitate the transfer of knowledge into practice.
5. Lab: Training and strategic support for foundations on their path toward diversity-oriented organizational development.
6. Campaign: #vielfaltstiften highlights role models and voices that have gone unheard until now.
