Our partner describes itself as follows:

The JKI is a federal research agency. It is headquartered in Quedlinburg and is one of four major research institutes under the Federal Ministry of Agriculture. The agricultural sector faces major challenges, and a process of transformation is underway. In light of climate change and increasingly scarce resources, crops and the systems in which they are grown must be adapted to these new requirements.
