Are you transferring to a closely related degree program in terms of content? Please have the application, which you receive in the application portal, stamped by the responsible examination office at the faculty in advance of submission.
If you want to change to a higher semester, to a master’s course or to a course with restricted admission, you will need to apply for that course and be accepted.
