Faculty 3 offers students a comprehensive range of advisory services.

If you have any questions about your studies—such as inquiries regarding the structure and content of your program or information on examination regulations—we are happy to assist you. We offer support if you are unsure about your studies, have questions about organizing your academic schedule, or need help with other study-related issues.

We offer counseling appointments in person or by phone. You can also schedule individual appointments with us outside of our office hours.

Students@work is the first point of contact for students facing issues with their jobs or internships. We provide tips and information on employment relationships and offer advice on legal matters related to jobs and internships.

• Advice on working while studying, e.g., freelance work, social security contributions, part-time jobs
• Advice on employment contracts, job references, workplace safety, vacation, and sick leave
• Advice on internships during studies, internships as individual professional development, and the rights and obligations of interns

During the application phase, you also have the opportunity to submit your application documents to us here and have them reviewed in advance.

A service offered by the University Library

Do you need a comprehensive overview of a specific database,
an introduction to the basics of citation, assistance with
open-access publishing, or research data management?
 
 
Then our UB4U advisory service might be of interest to you. In 
a consultation lasting about half an hour, staff from the 
University Library will be happy to advise you on a wide range of topics in the areas of
 information and standards research, reference management, writing, 
open-access publishing, and research data management.

We offer you streamlined access to all the services provided by the Employment Agency. Our goal is to help you make a smooth transition from college to the job market and to develop the best possible career strategies for you, including alternative options if necessary:

Focus on Structure – Here I Come!

This program is designed for anyone who is currently working on a paper, preparing for presentations, exams, etc., or needs help planning their semester.
Helpful rules and principles will be taught.
Everyone stays in the group until the end of the project.
