 A Service provided by hib – Hochschulinformationsbüro der Gewerkschaften

Students@work is the first point of contact for students facing issues with their jobs or internships. We provide tips and information on employment relationships and offer advice on legal matters related to jobs and internships.

  • Advice on working while studying, e.g., freelance work, social security contributions, part-time jobs
  • Advice on employment contracts, job references, workplace safety, vacation, and sick leave
  • Advice on internships during studies, internships as individual professional development, and the rights and obligations of interns

UB4U - Personalized assistance at the University Library

A service offered by the University Library

Do you need a comprehensive overview of a specific database,
an introduction to the basics of citation, assistance with
open-access publishing, or research data management?
 
 
Then our UB4U advisory service might be of interest to you. In 
a consultation lasting about half an hour, staff from the 
University Library will be happy to advise you on a wide range of topics in the areas of
 information and standards research, reference management, writing, 
open-access publishing, and research data management.

Work structuring groups (ASG)

A program offered by the Studentenwerk OstNiedersachsen

Focus on Structure – Here I Come!

This program is designed for anyone who is currently working on a paper, preparing for presentations, exams, etc., or needs help planning their semester.
Helpful rules and principles will be taught.
Everyone stays in the group until the end of the project.
