Commercial Projects

Simultaneously, since 1993, numerous corporate projects were conducted in the area of organizational and personnel development. Contents included the design and implementation of trainings and workshops, (conflict) moderation, leadership coaching, employee surveys, implementation of teamwork, and the evaluation of qualification measures, work schedules, and salary systems.
