The Emerging Tech Lab’s Resource Platform serves as a central, forward-looking hub designed to strengthen Lower Saxony’s position as an innovative hub for higher education. Its primary goal is to present the dynamic developments in emerging technologies in an accessible manner and to provide stakeholders—from faculty members to university administrators—with well-founded insights and concrete options for action. The platform thus fosters confidence in digital transformation and ensures the sustainable transfer of knowledge into broader higher education practice.
This initiative is being developed and sustained in close cooperation with the Higher Education Forum on Digitalization (HFD). Through its integration into the HFD’s nationwide innovation ecosystem, the platform benefits from established networks spanning politics, academia, and industry. This collaboration ensures that the content is not viewed in isolation, but rather established and further developed over the long term as an integral part of the digital transformation at universities.
