We look back on the creative minds that shaped and developed the Media Lab. Their work is closely linked to the successes, developments and progress we are celebrating today.
I had a great time working in the Media Lab as a developer. I particularly enjoyed developing innovative AI workshops with the team. Using a wide range of media technologies and creative gamification elements, we developed innovative workshops participants enjoyed and learned from. The team is creative, reliable, empathetic and full of ideas. Discussions are always constructive. The concept of the Media Lab is enjoying increasing popularity and I will be happy to visit often. Especially with the great team, I will miss my colleagues and the beautiful workplace.
Since I started as a student assistant at the Media Lab, I have been able to take part in a wide variety of tasks and events, which have provided a welcome change from the academic side of my studies. This has not only given me a glimpse behind the scenes, but also allowed me to take the lead in planning and carrying out tasks independently. As part of a special team, I have gained valuable experience that will serve me well in my future career.
As a young student, the Media Lab gave me the opportunity to work in various different areas of Media and Mediatechnology and gather valuable practical experiences. Thanks to its innovative strength and sense of the zeitgeist, the Media Lab provides important impulses for future-oriented university teaching, which will continue to accompany me both in my further studies and in my professional career.
