Lectures Contents

The contents include 5 block Lectures:
1-1- Review on fundamentals of circuit analysis and passive elements,
1-2- Review circuit analysis
2- Storage elements, transient analysis. Digital circuit
3- Diods. MOS transistors. Switching digital analysis. Operational amplifiers.
4- Frequency response and active filters synthesis
5- Transmission lines, digital signal propagation
6- Basic VLSI units, FPGA, SoC units, Computer Aided Design (optional)

 

Laboratory:

A real time real components laboratory would accompany the lecture contents with using Digilent Analog Discovery unit of Analog Devices-Xilinx compact USB unit as real time: Oscilloscope, Signal Generator, Digital logic analyzer, Spectrum analyzer.
