The IT Service Desk is now also available via online conference!

Due to the current Corona situation, the IT Service Desk is closed to the public. We are now available via online conference during this time in addition to the known options.

The current service hours via BigBigBlueButton are:

 

Tues, Thurs and Fri: 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 a.m.

 

To use the service, you will need an internet-enabled device with a microphone.

 

Want to start an online conference with the IT Service Desk?

Click on the box here.

A new browser tab will open with the BigBlueButton room.

Enter your name there if you are not logged in to BigBlueButton.

Now click on Participate - you are now in the queue.

As soon as an employee is available, he or she will bring you to the BigBlueButton room.

In our trouble ticket system, your inquiries, trouble reports, orders, etc. are recorded and distributed to second-level support as needed.
