The complexity of software and services provided by and used at the university is steadily increasing. Oftentimes it's not possible to fully troubleshoot every problem that may arise on your BYO and mobile devices during our normal office hours at the IT-Service-Desk. We provide comprehensive guides and installation advice for our services and software in our Wiki. Should that not be sufficient we furthermore offer you help with basic IT knowledge during our consulting hours. Attendees can expect exhaustive support for e.g. software installation of Matlab, Mathematica, SPSS, Ansys, etc. or IT security related questions.

Counseling for students:

  • Support & guidance for technical scientific software
  • Utilization of the IT infrastructure of the TU
  • Consulting on IT security
  • Assistance with IT issues
  • Basic IT knowledge for security & technology
