„Turning those affected into participants“ — This is the core concept of organisational development. Employees are called upon and guided, both as individuals and as team members, to prepare and optimise the organisation from within to meet new demands.

Organisational Development supports the university management as an internal consultant in questions of structural and procedural organisation, in questions of the design of change processes and projects. An essential task is the further development of the Information Portal of TU Braunschweig, especially in the area of process management.

  • Advising the Executive Board on issues of organisational and university development and administrative modernisation
  • Initiation and implementation of change and optimisation projects
  • Design and conduct of workshops
  • Moderation services
  • Operation and further development of the Information Portal
  • Improvement management of the central administration
