In today's increasingly globalised working world, you need more than just a good knowledge of (school) English; English is almost no longer a foreign language, but the connecting world language.
In all high-level positions with international contacts, you are expected to be able to present and negotiate, as well as to draft written business communication in English. Equally important is the confident interaction and intercultural sensitivity when dealing with international business partners, whether at the buffet or in a meeting or negotiation.
Our English for Leadership Program is designed to prepare you for these challenges.
To obtain a certificate, the successful completion of the courses at the corresponding level is compulsory (8 SWS in total).
There is no separate examination!
The language skills are certified in the English for Leadership Certificate by aggregating the grades from the individual courses after you have submitted the corresponding graded course certificates.
Registration for the certificate is possible at any time after completing the four courses. Please send your four course certificates and the completed registration form to the Head of the English Department.
