The Fulbright Schuman Programme of the Fulbright Commission in Brussels provides scholarships for European students, researchers and experts who are interested in research projects or teaching stays in the United States on topics related to EU policy or transatlantic relations between the United States and the EU.
In addition, the Fulbright-NATO Security Studies Award for the 2026/2027 academic year is being advertised as part of the programme. It is aimed at postdoctoral researchers, university lecturers and experts with a background in security policy issues and supports a three-month research or teaching stay in the United States.
The application deadline is 1 December 2025.
