The staff of the International House provides comprehensive advice on all international issues at TU Braunschweig. Initial information and open office hours for students are offered at the Student Service Center. In addition, you can arrange individual appointments or make use of our office hours at the International House.

Current changes

Office hours room change: 8 September und 10 September

Anne-Kathrin Kaiser's office hours for incoming exchange students on 8 September and 10 September will take place online. Go to the online room here: webconf.tu-bs.de/ann-rrf-qrd.

Office hours room change: 9 September

Nina Schneider's consultation hour "Initial advice on studying abroad & internships abroad" (Tues. 14:00 - 16:00) on 9 September will take place in room 303 (3rd floor) at the International House.

The office hours "Studying Overseas" (Monday, 14:00 – 16:00) by Dr. Ute Kopka are cancelled on 01, 08, 15 and 22 September.

Initial counselling for international students from Andrea Arrezola Tirado will take place on 8, 9, 10 and 12 September, not at the Study Service Centre, but at the International House (Bültenweg 74) in room 013/014 (ground floor).

Initial counselling for international students from Andrea Arrezola Tirado is cancelled on 11 September (Thursday, 10:00 – 12:00 and 14:00 – 16:00) has been cancelled due to an internal seminar.
