Prof. Jorswieck and Prof. Kürner are two of the four Principal Investigators from TU Braunschweig who will be involved in the research hub "6G Research and Innovation Cluster" (6G-RIC). This hub is funded by the BMBF with a total of 70 million euros over four years and aims to advance essential key technologies in 6G communications. As one of the largest research groups in the project, the TU Braunschweig has been promised a funding of 4.5 million euros. This could finance up to twelve scientific assistants and highly specialized laboratory equipment.
