At Green Week in Berlin from 16 to 25 January 2026, the Fachagentur Nachwachsende Rohstoffe e.V. FNR (Agency for Renewable Resources) showcased the possible applications of bio-based building materials and, with excerpts from the joint research project "Recycling for Re-Use", demonstrated how waste wood can be reused as construction timber.
Institute of Building Construction and Timber Structures (IBHolz) was represented by research assistant Jan Grobe, who was available to answer visitors' technical questions and engage in discussions.
