Since December 2012, Dr.-Ing. Dr. hc. Corinna Bath holds the "Maria-Goeppert-Mayer" ("MGM") professorship for "Gender, Technology and Mobility" at the Technische Universität Braunschweig and Ostfalia University of Applied Sciences. The MGM-professorship is funded by the Ministry of Science of Lower Saxony's program for International Women's and Gender Studies. The professorship is located at the Institute of Flight Guidance (the Department of Mechanical Engineering) at the Technische Universität Braunschweig. The team focuses on gender studies for research & development in engineering, especially on mobility technologies. Prof. Dr. Corinna Bath teaches at the Technische Universität Braunschweig and at the Department of Mechanical Engineering at the Ostfalia University of Applied Sciences. Furthermore, the team closely corporates with the Braunschweig Center for Gender Studies and the Braunschweig University of Arts.
