Requesting language certificates

If you would like to study, do research or an internship abroad, you will usually need a DAAD language certificate or a Language Proficiency Report for your application. Information about the required language certificate can be found in your application documents. If you are not sure, please ask at the Mobility Office in the International House!

If you have already successfully completed a course in the intended language at the Language Centre in which all four skills (listening comprehension, speaking, reading comprehension, writing) were tested, you can request a language certificate via this website.

 

Fees

Please note that the following fees apply for receiving the language certificate:

  • Students, staff and affiliates of TU Braunschweig or HBK Braunschweig: € 35
  • All other applicants (including former TU Braunschweig affiliates and students from other universities): € 75
