The Technical University supports postdocs in career stages R2–R3 (including early-career research group leaders and junior professors) in their academic careers through the Postdoc Program. The program promotes early independence and provides tailored support to assist with career planning and decision-making. This includes workshops on various skill areas, networking events featuring a variety of topics, individual counseling, and an internal mentoring program.
