FEMnet workshops for interdisciplinary qualification

The workshops of the FEMnet programme are characterised by the following features:

The group size of max. 12-14 participants enables an intensive and individual discussion of the seminar topics.
Emphasis is placed on gender- and diversity-sensitive awareness and action of the trainers.
The participants come from different disciplines. This enables an interdisciplinary exchange and networking beyond their own field.
Regular evaluations serve to continuously determine the needs and quality of the seminar content and trainers.
