Well-known family businesses such as Hilti, Kärcher and Würth are just as much on the lookout for future managers as "hidden champions" and global market leaders such as Festo, Freudenberg and TRUMPF.
In a very personal setting, individual career paths can be developed in a binding dialogue with the company representatives. Compared to anonymous public companies, family businesses generally have significantly flatter hierarchical structures, greater personal responsibility on the part of employees and a more pronounced sense of corporate social responsibility.
The programme is aimed at graduates, young professionals and professionals from all disciplines, particularly from the fields of engineering, IT and economics.
