The Wissenskiosk (Knowledge Kiosk) is a low-threshold, mobile format for knowledge exchange. Visitors receive a free coffee in return for their ideas or questions, which are noted on cards – appropriate to the thematic focus.
• Take Away New Ideas
The Wissenskiosk cards can inspire co-creativeresearch approaches, provide fresh perspectives for ongoing research projects, or support the development of new project ideas. They can also spark discussions with external guests. Quizzes or other creative formats are also possible.
• One Concept, Two Formats
The Wissenskiosk can be set up in the 4LAB (main building of TU Braunschweig) – or as a mobile unit at events across campus and beyond.

Everyone brings their own experiences and ideas to their studies and work at TU Braunschweig. At the information fair at the start of the semester, we asked students at the Knowledge Kiosk: How would you like to bring a breath of fresh air to the university?
We’ve found that: many ideas are already being put into practice at TU Braunschweig! We’ll show you what ideas students have and which Sandkasten projects [SK] and events are already taking place on campus where you can get involved and contribute.

“Inspired by the idea of a flea market, I thought of a sort of clothing bank. People could donate clothes, which would then be made available to those in need. This could also be organized as a monthly event, perhaps with coffee and cake, etc.”
