Offers for researchers and educators

At the Technische Universität Braunschweig, research and teaching make a key contribution to the sustainable transformation of society, the environment, and the economy. They address ecological, social, and economic questions and develop solutions for current and future challenges. In research, sustainability can be embedded both in the content and in the organization of research activities—from planning and resource use to the dissemination of knowledge and data. In studies and teaching, students are prepared to take responsibility—both within their disciplines and beyond—in societal transformation processes and to actively shape sustainable development as future experts, decision-makers, and educators. In addition, their social and environmental engagement is to be specifically strengthened.

The Green Office supports these developments in research and teaching by increasing their visibility as well as through advisory and networking services.

Sustainability shapes research and teaching—as a foundation for future-proof solutions and responsible action.
