Challenges lie in the performance requirements of Studies, financing and even in the private and social sphere. Stress in the study phase results, for example, from the high expenditure of time, the concentration on studies, frequent lack of orientation and prospects, double and triple stress due to secondary employment and/or starting a family, as well as a lack of or insufficient opportunities for relaxation and retreat.
