You can expect a pleasant Shiatsu back massage in combination with a deep light and sound relaxation.
With the diverse program selection, there is something for everyone. Within the booked time slot of one hour, you can choose between 10-minute, 20-minute, 30-minute and 40-minute programs with different topics (basic programs, autogenic training, healthy sleep, sports, and many more). You can see which programs you can choose from on this page and a program booklet is available on site. Your booked time slot is enough to arrive in peace, choose programs and leave relaxed.
