Panel discussions in the context of out career coaching seminar: We regularly organize panel discussions with coaching experts. Students who are training to be career coaches have the opportunity to ask questions concerning careers and to receive personal insights and recommendations. You, as an expert, could be part of this panel discussion! Our students are happy to meet coaches and counselors with their respective coaching methods and experiences.
Psychological approaches in practice: In this lecture series, psychologists working as practitioners talk about their background and careers and describe what their daily business looks like. They present their ongoing activities and a selected project in their organization. The students receive valuable hints and information that are vital for a successful career start after university.

Prof. Dr. Kauffeld & Lorenzo: Kauffeld & Lorenzo (before 4A-Side GmbH) plays a special role for the IOS. The company was founded in 2008 as a spin-off of our division. The aim of the founders, PhD Simone Kauffeld and German Lorenzo, is to set new impulses for the practice out of research in human ressources.
