The complexity of software and services provided by and used at the university is steadily increasing. Oftentimes it's not possible to fully troubleshoot every problem that may arise on your BYO and mobile devices during our normal office hours at the IT-Service-Desk. We provide comprehensive guides and installation advice for our services and software in our Wiki. Should that not be sufficient we furthermore offer you help and offer help with basic IT knowledge during our consulting hours. That ensures exhaustive support for e.g. software installation of Matlab, Mathematica, SPSS, Ansys, etc. or IT security related questions.
