The "Vulcanus in Japan" programme is aimed at master and doctoral students in engineering and other science and technology programmes who are interested in an industrial internship in a Japanese company.
The programme offers participants the opportunity to study and work with advanced technologies in leading Japanese companies. The students follow a seminar on Japan, a two-month intensive Japanese language course and then a six-month traineeship in a company based in Japan.
The programme starts in August 2027 and ends in March 2028.
Applications for the programme are still possible until 20 January 2027.
