Moritz Rocho joins IGÖ as a PhD student in the Theoretical Ecohydrology group. Moritz will work in the DFG-funded lit[a]fir-project, together with partners from Roskilde Universitet in Denmark, to understand how plant hydraulic traits and ecohydrological processes affect wildfire dynamics. Before joining IGÖ, Moritz studied Forest and Ecosystem Sciences: Ecosystem Analysis and Modelling at Universität Göttingen.
