As part of the cooperative project “Soil Health Indicators and Ecotoxicity Parameters in Selected Industrial and Urban Sites in Poland and Germany,” undisturbed and disturbed soil samples were collected from various sites of anthropogenic soils in the area surrounding Wrocław. We were accompanied by our partners from the Institute of Soil Science, Plant Nutrition and Environmental Protection at the Wrocław University of Environmental and Life Sciences. We spent busy days filled with many wonderful impressions of Wrocław and its surroundings – and, of course, with delicious pierogi.
