The Femtec Career-Building Programme includes three schools, one per semester. The first school must begin at the end of the semester in which you were accepted for the programme. Providing you complete the programme without any interruptions, you will finish it at the end of the third semester after being accepted.
Over the course of three schools you will learn about current trends in project work, together with 55 other technology enthusiasts. You will expand your soft skills such as creativity, intrapreneurship or necessary competences in successful intercultural and virtual cooperation. In an innovation lab you will work in a team and together with our partners from industry, research and science. You can develop pioneering solutions for the challenges of tomorrow.
Attractive offers from our partners provide great entry opportunities, such as an internship, a thesis, a direct entry or a trainee position. Until then, you will have the opportunity to use individual counselling sessions in the Career-Building Programme to define your personal career goals and to implement them in such a way that they bring you closer to your personal goals.
You can participate at all schools and on excursions and have individual career advices from the Femtec Network free of charge. You only need to pay the costs for traveling and accommodation.
It is not to be understood as financial support towards the cost of your studies! Femtec scholarship holders have the possibility to receive a travel allowance. Please contact us for this: femtec(at)tu-braunschweig.de
The deadline for the first school is mandatory, meaning you may only apply if you can also meet this deadline. If you then have an important reason why you cannot meet either of the two other school deadlines, for example you are doing a semester abroad or you are doing an internship, you can change courses with the prior agreement of Femtec GmbH. However, you should still complete the whole programme before you graduate.
