Realisation

For successful participation in the practical course we expect that

  • the copies are worked through well,
  • the tasks are calculated at home before the experiment and
  • you bring along aids (calculator, drawing materials).

The preliminary discussion before the experiment should show that you are well prepared for the experiment and have completed the homework of the script, serves to eliminate ambiguities and should deepen the understanding.

After carrying out the experiments and evaluating them, the results are to be summarised in a (short) protocol. The cover sheet is to be provided with the experiment title, the date as well as the names of the practical group. The protocol must summarise the measurement results and their evaluation. The protocol is to be handed over to the respective supervisor (if the evaluation is carried out at home, at a new date), and the results are to be presented and discussed in an approx. 10-minute talk. Only then is the respective test considered to have been successfully completed.
