EIS inaugurates LeoVan

Together with TU Braunschweig’s physics education team, TU Braunschweig’s Transfer Service and Haus der Wissenschaft, EIS inaugurated LeoVan. President Angela Ittel, Vice President Arno Kwade and Volkswagen Financial Services took part in the inauguration. As a mobile school laboratory, LeoVan brings experiments from the university directly into classrooms and offers hands-on insights into science.

At Ricarda-Huch-Schule secondary school, some members of a class took part in a 90-minute LegoLab session and explored the use of an ultrasonic sensor in robotics. The mobile LegoLab brings robotics and programming to schools and gives pupils a practical introduction to computer science and technology.
